ohhmm this might be a late reply but you can still buy one. It depends like what does her passion. Is she on dress or toys? but for now teenagers likes to have something that they can used everyday. Why don't you buy her a cellphone pouch. I bet she has a cellphone already. Buy her a cellphone pouch in her favorite color. That wont cost you that much i guess.

oh so you're a filipina. well i think for 14yrs old, i think in that age, they are not materialistic. girls like "abubot" in tagalog haha. or kikay stuff i mean lol. so try to give a simple gift that she can use it everyday. well advance happy b-day to her.

you're the one who knows your sister more than any of us here dear...you should know, what does she like best ? what are the things that interest her??? well I could give suggestions but I'm not sure if it's gonna make her happy... if I had a sister who's into make-up and stuff, i'd prbably give her quality, fairly-priced makeup...such as Avon :)
