Weight Loss problems

I am having a hard time maintaining my weight, I am not too heavy, however my size in clothing fluctuates daily and I have a hard time figuring out why some days I am more bloated than others yet my diet is pretty consistent. I don't know what to do to stop myself from feeling bloated randomly or to stop the feeling like I can't control my own body. Does anyone else have this problem, and if so do you know anything that has helped you maintain your size?

Hi,
I also having problem to maintain on ideal weight,sometimes
I just feel hard to control my appetite especially when I
saw my favourite food on the table. I can't control myself,ended
up I will eat more and more which lead me to put on weight fast.
It is best to have a strict diet,so that, we can always maintain
our ideal weight.
Try to drink tea for wash off the fat/oily stuffs,Avoid eating too much
titbits or fried stuffs.

Do you drink enough water? Maybe the bloating is from salt/sodium retention. Who knows. Losing weight is hard, but the problem is, that your body and your metabolism are probably used to what you are eating and exercising - so you need to change up your diet a bit before you will see any loss in weight - like by cutting calories or upping your workout time.

You know what, I have the same problem. I started drinking Gree Life tea but I noticed I'm always hungry. Unlike before, I don't need to eat heavy meal in a day. Now, I need to eat 3 times a day and I gain weight...
