How to minimize the Peer Gomez window upon start up? Does it works during Idle?

Here are 2 questions on Peer Gomez.
1. I noticed Peer Gomez will auto pop up upon starting up the computer. Is there anyway to auto minimize Peer Gomez instead of poping up the window upon start up?
2. Does Peer Gomez works during the computer is Idle?
