Legitimate PPC Sites?

Could anyone suggest legitimate PPC sites? I joined lots of pay per click sites but every time I requested my first pay out, $2.00 which is their minimum. Some sites were closed and some asked to upgrade first my membership before I get my first payout.

have alook on my profile there are lots of banners for sites there that i have never had any problems with.
