When I'm really angry, I cry because I'm afraid I'll be violent when I don't.

I will yell, I will sometimes scream, I will start exercising and practicing martial arts to let out all of the anger, and I will punch a pillow. I will write and do anything and everything that I need to do to get that anger out and not stay angry anymore.

Well to be honest I have a Punching bag in my room and I start bashing it until I become tired ,It feels great after you are through with it and it gives me a great workout too.

when I'm angry, how I react depends on the situation and the person I'm angry about. Say, I'm talking with a friend who is already getting angry and I'm already angry, I pretty much gave way to her and just keep quiet. Then I ended up smiling because another friend realized what I was doing and feeling.
Most of the times, I just keep quiet and hold in the anger, and talk back to the person mentally and just let whatever they keep yapping pass through the other ear. There are times that I'm so angry or frustrated that I ended up in tears cause there's no other way to let it out so I'd go where someone wouldn't see me then wipe it out. Not really the violent type.

If I'm angry, I usually keep myself quiet and composed. I'm not the one who screamS throws a thing or knocks on something just to express my anger. That's just the typical me. I just compose myself. Keep my cool even if I'm steaming hot .. I usually shiver and close my fists to myself and walk away. I don't want to express my anger in a way that I could physically hurt myself or someone else. I just walk away and would eat lots of food so that I'd forget how angry I am. That's what I usually do.

When I am angry, I try to distance myself from other people because I might end up hurting somebody. When I'm really angry, I work out or I do something that requires me to move a lot. For instance, I clean the bathroom or I clean my room. Physical activities serve as an outlet for my negative emotions. Sometimes, I lock myself in my room, punch my pillows and cry. As much as possible, I try hard not to hurt anyone.

It depends on how angry i am. There are times that i screame at the person i an angry of. Sometimes i would something but i was able to refrain from doing it now since it is me who get hurt of the times :D or i owuld just do nothing, just keep quite but be prepared for that long hateful letter that you will get from me. I usually just write everything down when i'm angry.

When I was young, and I was angry, I would let show off my anger by either shouting or even throwing things. But maybe this was just because of my immaturity or anything else. But now, I have learned that I should be quiet and composed even when I am angry. Because I have realized that anger doesn't resolve anything, it may give you a feeling of winning at times but in the long run, it only worsens the situations.
To keep anger under control, I try to count 100-1 (in reverse order). Sometimes a glass of water helps too and sometimes, moving out seems to work.

I usually keep Quiet. I won't talk to the one who makes me angry as long as I can until he/she ask for forgiveness 1st. But that is boring and makes my face looks bad. So now I'm thinking of learning martial arts so thet next time I can wreak my anger to a sand bag. LOL

I was always try to control my mood. When it really made my blood boil. To feel better I will go to smoke or eat a lot of noodle.

hi!
everyone experiencing hatred, anger, and cursing. when you are angry, anything and sometimes out of your control, yes, you can do anything,. and sometimes, youre starting to blame someone why you are too mad or angry.
and what i do when im angry, i just go inside my room. asking myself, if i will continue being angry, what would i gain? when youre angry, your heart is bursting, your head is aching,and sometimes you feel like crying and worst, your hurting someone you love. so, assesing yourself, what was the history why you are angry? then, if you let it out? what would be the consequence? maybe you come to a feeling of relief, but how those people you've hurt? would you still be relief?
so, before you feel like being angry to something or someone. learn and evaluate your inner you., maybe the problem is within you. and dont forget to pray and ask for His guidance. :)

Hey simple i do nothing.. sit and think the reason for this.. because it is also my habit to angry mostly on my siblings.. but when i calm down.. then i feel my guilty of anger without any reason..

Boy can I get anygry, however I have never been apt to throwing anything ever. I suppose I think about the mess that maybe I would have to clean later. Or that the item may have cost me money that maybe I will not be able to replace or be forced to replace.
I have learned in life to not try and control others but to control myself.
