Guys do cry and I must admit that. And yes I do too. The thing about crying is it releases a lot of tension and pressure that have built up in you. And that's good.

I don't always cry when I'm sad. Sometimes I'm just sad and don't feel the need to cry. There are times when I'm sad and I do cry, but this doesn't happen every time that I'm sad.

When I am sad, sometimes I will cry, but sometimes I will hold it back and be strong because I know that others will fall apart, and I have to be the one to keep it together.

Not always but if i need to cry i did and this action during sad days is natural. I am so emotional before when i am always at home and doesn't have work thinking of problems, but when i went out and got a job i was became happy and lightened my burdens, and being an emotional suddenly decreased. Crying is good when we are loaded of something that makes us sad or had a depression, as i believed. Have a nice day!

Hi, k1124n4ku! I always shed tears, but I think it can't be defined as cry. Sometimes I don't want to cry subjectively at all, but my tears comes out when I'm too happy, too sad or too tired. Actually I don't think crying is a good abreaction of sadness.

Hi, Sometimes I will cry when I feel sad. I am quite emotional person, sometimes when I watched those love story drama and when it happened to have very touching scenes, my tears will drop by itself. Of course, I try to be a tough person, not to drop my tears easily. However, a woman is always a woman, more emotional than guy.

They say that Man should not cry. Maybe but there are times when there is no way out to reduce the pain that one faces / undergoes when there is too much of sadness around. I cry out to reduce the pain if it becomes intolerable. I feel that there is a psychological relationship between crying and reducing pain. Maybe there is something scientific too but I am not sure.

Hi. I used to cry a lot before. But I was severely depressed at that time because of some problems at home. But for the past two years, I have learnt that what is destined to happen will happen no matter how hard you cry or grieve or bang your head against the wall. Nothing is going to change just because you want it that way and people will definitely not change for you. So I kind of got my priorities staightened up and got myself mentally and emotionally fit so that I can handle anything which comes my way. I take life as it comes and pray to god daily to give me the strength to go through the difficulties without breaking and giving up. It has helped me a lot and still is. Now I dont cry at all unless it concerns my daughter and that too have done only once for the past year. I just relax my mind when I feel down by doing something I like or talking to my friends, relatives, sisters, husband etc. And in sometime, my mood comes back to normal.

Hi there, Yes I cry a lot when I am sad. I am a cry baby and I haven't changed even now that I have grown up and already have my own family. I am too sensitive and I really dislike troubles. I can't sleep when I know there are things that bothers me a lot. I cry when I feel hopeless, specially when we have family problems. I guess it's simply because I love my family so much that I don't want to feel like i'm gonna lose them.. Crying eases up the stress inside of me. Though crying doesn't help me solve my problems, I think it helps when I let it out with a cry. I don't want to feel heavy emotionally.. I am a sad person and I don't want sadness to pile up inside of me to the point that I might get depressed..

No, I don't always cry when I'm sad. I'd feel down but maybe in really bad cases I would. I'm more brought into tears when I'm so frustrated that there's no other way to get it out other than shedding a few tears.

This is going to sound so bad, but I cry a lot. A lot and very easily. It's like my nerves are always on end, haha! But I think I laugh a lot more than I cry so it's a good deal to me. Besides a good cry is needed everyone once in awhile :)

I have always been a cry baby by nature. It has been by nature. I suppose due to my current events I am finding that I cry over the smallest things as well as happy things. My emotions are a bit out of balance, but my prayers are making stronger by the day.
