I can be both. To me, it can depend on the situation, my mood and with the person involved. Sometimes, you can tolerate anything because you like a person but once you have something against someone, the slightest thing can trigger the anger in you.

i am always on the cool side. i just lose my temper on people who have or show no respect for my mom. if the topic is my family or my boyfriend, i would always feel the need to be on the defensive side - i sure am a kind person but i don't take any belittling from anyone.

It depends on the situation to be honest I only show temper when the situation demands for it other wise I am always chillin.
