This story is kinda old, but I felt maybe I could rant on MyLot. I am taking the said TV to a TV junk shop in the morning, to sell it or get it fixed, which ever is easier. I bought brand new from the Brick, a 13inch, Prima TV, flat screen, built in DVD, for taking with me when I was working at a resort. To watch movies in the downtime(because internet service was junk) About 8 months after I bought it, it started making some really funky static and whining sounds which would escalate into a pop followed by complete loss of volume, so I take it back to the brick and explain the situation, they send it off to the manufacturer, who kindly told me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the TV. So, I bring it home, and lo and behold, it works good as new, for about a week...then the screaming whining, static comes back POP, so off it goes again...this story repeats itself here, about twice, so now, the Brick I know is never going to fix it for me, because it is now past it's warranty and I already sent it back twice. On the other hand, now there is just no sound at all. So, away goes my fancy TV. And I of course with never shop at the brick again, where do you buy your TV's? What makes you keep going back there?
