eye-bags dilemma

im so sick and tired of my big eyebags!!! i've almost tried everything to get rid of it but to no avail.. cucumbers are no good. not even an expensive eye cream can make it small . i am starting to lose hope. aside from the fact that im working graveyard shifts in a call center, i dont get enough sleep ... is anyone out there can give a very effective cure for my eyebags?
