is it possible to use the money as if in cash with the amount of money we have in our account?? if we can, how can we do so??

you can cash out by transferring the money to supported bank. also, you can apply a visa/credit/debit card and then transfer the money to your card. transfer from card to bank if you want the cash

well verify it with a bank account. then move your money from your paypal to your bank account then use it.
