Hi, Fruits are very healthy for us.They are great sources of vitamins and minerals.Mango is called as the king of fruits.Each fruit does a particular function in our body.They help in maintaining blood circulation,digesting the food substances,energy providing,repairing cells and replacing it.I like most of the fruits.The fruit salad will be very delicious and it is also very healthier to us.To maintain a healthy body we definitely need to intake some fruits.So we would be without any disease.HEALTH IS WEALTH.

Hi, I do agreed that fruits are good for health,that is why I also buy fruits at home for my family. Fruits contain lot of vitamins and some fruits are good for our digestion. Avoid eating those heaty fruits like jackfruit,durian, rambutans,etc..eating too much of those fruits may give bad result to our own body. Apple,kiwi,orange,grape is amongst the fruits I buy most of the time.
