I was doing something on Mylot, and that fancy Google Error message in Chrome came up, you know, that link didn't work, try going back to... and I clicked it, and it brought me back to MyLot, I was happy...but, there was this pop saying "Welcome Google User", we hope you find what you were looking for, but if you didn't just search in our box, and maybe a better answer will come your way. Genius. I didn't even know they did that. So, do you think that is smart, or will it drive others away, what makes you think that?

hmmm .. apparently it's not an excess. It's a natural thing for a newcomer

I wouldn't think it was an excess, I would have just thought it was great marketing, except I guess it is quite common even if you are already a long time member. Cheers.
