MyLot pays us for participating. The earnings algorithm is complicated (and proprietary) and is designed to reward quality - the more descriptive, relevant and helpful your responses and comments and the more that your discussions inspire quality responses and comments, the more you will earn. It's important to understand that it is only YOUR participation that earns you anything. You may earn a little for starting a discussion but until you can write good quality comments on the responses you get, you will earn nothing more from that discussion. It is ESSENTIAL to know the Guidelines well and to observe them: http://www.mylot.com/o/guidelines.aspx Anything which is against the Guidelines is likely to be deleted and any time spent creating or responding to such discussions is wasted. It depends on how much time you spend and on the quality of your participation and it takes a little time to learn what is required. There are, however, many members who reach the $10 minimum payment every month.

Just participate in discussions and start your own discussions. When other members respond to your discussions, make sure to give comments to their responses. Get some referrals by inviting your friends to myLot, 25 per cent of their participation will be credited to you. As you go along you would be learning of other ways on how to earn at myLot.
