Here is the problem, I can log into FaceBook but when I go to do anything on there it freeze's up on me and I can't do anything on there. do you think it's my new securtiy suite that I downloaded last month, my old one was out of date and had to get a new one from my cable company. the old one I could get on FB and do thing's, but when I updated to the newest one I started having trouble with FB last month. do you think it's the newer version of the securtiy suite that I have now.

its looks like problem is with you security suite since the problem as occurred after updating you security suite. if that is the case then install avast free anti virus and check it or if you need a security suite than eset works good, i am using it.

Thank you for the advice. a friend of mine told me about Iobit, I installed it and it work's just fine. before you log off you do a check to see if it can find any threat's and then it get's rid of them, and it's free to use. it also has on there where you can scan to see if you have junk mail and it will get rid of it.

This is a new one to me. Usually a conflict occurs with a software installed on the computer, not to a website.
Have you tried removing the security suite to see if there are any changes to your accessibility on FaceBook?
If it does it is hard to say for certain where the conflict lies. It could be due to a virus or piece of code which prevents you from getting full access. There are jokers out there who take great pride in causing suffering to other people.
There could also be a misconfiguration in the security suite. Have you checked this possibility?

Thank you for your response. yes I have tried removing the security suite and it did not help at all. my friend's husband came over to check out my computer and he tried every thing thing to get it to work, he finally did the only thing he could do. he did a recovery of the system to make it run like new again. my computer work's fine now, run's better than before except for FB because of to many people on there that's why FB is so slow.

If the problems started right after changing your security suites, then chances are it is affected by that. What specifically are those security suite that you are using now?

I think you got a lot of scripts running on Facebook and the security suite you installed is making sure none of those scripts are malicious in nature. So the new suite is making sure you're nice and scrip bug free. You could try using a less script intensive version of Facebook. It'll make you freeze a lot less. That's the best that I can offer. God bless you.
