What do you do to make yourself fit?

Mainly people does physical fitness early in the morning to make themselves fit and healthy. Some of them does yoga or Gym. But I am too much lazy. When I wake up I just stretch my body do some pushups. thats it and i am on my computer lol. Do you do exercises to make yourself fit or are you lazy like me :)?

Well, at least you are exercising your fingers. I have com eto believe that walking is one of the best exercises we can do. So am trying to walk at least one half hour every day. If I can do even better but I have so much to do and the day passes so fast.

I do not move enough, but I am trying to change that. I was going to take a walk today, but instead I mowed the lawn, which is even more exercise. I need to do something every day. I find if I put music on to listen to, I do more moving. It is good you do some stretches and push ups, that is a good start.

For busy people like you and I, you should try H.I.T.T aka High intensity interval training. It takes only 20 minutes of exercises to pump your heart rate up. It's good for losing weight, and getting lean,and you'll be sore for a couple of days after you do it. But like any exercise, first see if you're up for it. Check with your doctor to see if you have any heart conditions or illnesses before you try it, because doing it will make you want to give up. After that you'll be glad you do it. Anyway look it up on the internet first before you start. Good luck.
