How to submit support ticket on Neobux?

Hi friend!
How to reach Neobux support ticket? Because I can't find on the web page. On the right corner there's only "Help" but it's FAQ page (on the login error page also), there's no where to submit a ticket...

On the right bottom of every page, you are supposed to see the following if you are logged in: TOS/Privacy Policy/Help/Support
If you are not logged in, you will only see: TOS/Privacy Policy/Help
So I guess, you have to find out first the reason for your login error. Do you get bad gateway 502 or something like that? If you are, just wait a few minutes then try logging in again.

Hi ench! Thanks a lot for your help, well my problem is just that I can't login, my account was suspended for no reason. I have also started discussion on MyLot for long time asking what should I do but didn't get any useful help. I couldn't login for one and a half month and till today it shows my account was suspended.
I want to contact the admin but from no where I can find any buttom to send ticket.

I don't know if this will help. It's an old discussion here in mylot. Please read it. You can search more for similar discussions and might find answers.

I also read somewhere that you can ask a friend to send a ticket for you. Maybe you can ask your upline to do it in your behalf.
You might also like to know that under TOS 8.4, 30 days of inactivty will cause temporary suspension. Likewise in TOS 2.3, shared network environment like cybercafes, schools, etc. is not allowed. I'm not sure which you violated but it might be good to read the TOS to find out. I think you can do this even if you're not logged in. The sad part is that TOS 8.2 states that all suspended accounts will have their balance reset, all referrals taken away, and no refunds will be given.

Hi ench, thanks so much for your help. Yes I did want to ask someone to send a ticket for me, I have made a post here in MyLot asking whether someone could help me to contact admin but no one respond...
Well indeed I have more than 30 days of inactivty but it was because all the time I couldn't login! I tried to login everyday! And there's no way to contact admin!
Mmm...I know it's annoying, but could you help me to contact admin? Thankssss!
