Do you always drink vitamins everyday? Why or why not? What kind of vitamins that you are always drinking? What is that for?
As of the moment I have not yet decide of what kind of vitamins that I am suppose to drink though I forgot the habit of drinking ascorbic acid as vitamin C.

Nice to hear that from you. But then how come you are taking a lot of vitamins? So what are the advantages of taking that? I mean have you seen your own improvement when you are taking vitamins?

How much is the amway's nutrilite? I might be needing that but then of course what are the other effects? Hopefully it does not gain the weight.

i try...but i sometimes fail to remember to take my vitamins everyday. i'm a healthy eater but sometimes i tend to eat the same thing everyday again and again, so i guess i could say I could sometimes be off balance when it comes to health and diet. so i think it's still a good idea to take vitamins though maybe not necessarily if i eat a well balanced meal all the time or almost all the time. i take non-acidic vitamin c. it's great i don't get upset stomach for taking it

Not anymore. I used to take FernC everyday but it is quite expensive. I was advised by an ayurvedic doctor to drink 5-pc calamansi juice; but instead of using sugar, use a pinch of salt. That should be enough to cover for your daily intake. It actually makes sense to me because calamansi is terribly sour and that salt is actually sodium chloride; combine the citrus and the sodium and you get sodium ascorbate which is actually FernC itself! I have stopped taking vitc tablets ever since May; and i have started the natural calamansi ever since june and i have not been sick of colds. I believe it is working for me.

Currently, I am taking Optein, a vitamin preparation containing Lutein, a vitamin that is need for healthy eyes. I take this vitamin to protect my eyes from damage of blue light produced by computer monitor. I am online all day and up to midnight that's why I need to take this vitamin. I don't want to lose the health of my eyes. I am supposed to take this vitamin everyday but since it's very expensive, I only take this every other day or sometimes 3 times a week. It cost P28 per capsule, more than half a dollar.

I would like to drink vitamin & mineral supplements daily but sometimes I forget. And sometimes, there isn't any around the house that I can take. But my usual vitamins are Vit. C. We always have that at home. I used to take Centrum because it's kinda complete already. But when we ran out of it, we never got to buy anymore. I dunno why. So I switched to Clusivol. Especially when I was working on the night shift. It really helped me fight off colds and cope with the unnatural sleeping times. But it also made me eat a lot. So I gained weight with that one. Now, I only have Vit C and E. If I will choose a multivit, I will still go back to Clusivol. It works for me.

Seems that it has different effect when you are taking vitamins. So what do you mean by cope with the unnatural sleeping times? Meaning you can sleep or not?

No, I do not have the habit of drinking any sort of vitamin. This is because the vitamins we take in with our daily food is sufficient enough for a normal person to meet the daily requirement. So artificial intake of vitamin in the form of tablet or any drink is not required at all. A person needs to take extra amount of vitamin provided there is any indication for it. Otherwise if it a water soluble vitamin, the excess amount when exceeds the maximum storing capacity of the body will be washed away with urine or if it is fat soluble as it would not be washed away with urine, it will be stored in the body & on exceeding the maximum storing capacity of the body, it will start its side effects of hypervitaminosis.
