Do you like work in team or work individual?

No, I usually like to work alone because when I work with other people, I can rarely ever rely on them. Sometimes, you can rely on other people, but sometimes, you can't rely on anyone, and you have to take charge of the group. When I work alone, I have control over anything and everything that goes on, so I need to consult anyone for anything.

I do not think that there is anything wrong in working in a team if you can get on with your work seriously with that particular team. As rightly mentioned by you the team can suppliment to your efforts and make your work easier. At the same time one has to be a good team-mate to be a part of successful team. You have to make lot of adjustments with members of your team and some times you have to compromise with your own methods of working. However, there is nothing better than to be a part of successful team and for that I would definitely try to change myself and my views.

Well, it will depend on the type of members in a team. Sometimes, I feel like working in a team if I can get along with my team mates. I always wanted to be in a hardworking and responsible team. If I'll be in a lazy team, then I'd rather work alone. Sometimes, whenever we work as an individual, we have no one to share our ideas and we can't even market for better ideas. I think, being in a team has its advantages and disadvantages as much as working alone has its pros and cons. ;-)

Like you, I prefer working alone. If I have to, I will work in team, but I prefer working alone. I just feel that I have an easier time when working alone. I've always prefer doing work this way.

Even I would prefer to work alone and probably that's the reason, I have interest in earning money online. However, I am working in team and fortunately, it is not that bad as one would expect. Most of the team members are my friend and we enjoy a lot.

They can not survive if they only count on individual. So there is no way, no point, unreasonable to encourage work alone. Because if you graduated from school and began to work for a company, work for an organization, you must be sociable, harmony with your friends in work, you have to agree and unite with them in many way, you have to learn this fact in many work to do the commom work and for the common benifits of company. You have to put your self-esteem, your little individual self-pride away, due to your community and larger part is your society in general.

I prefer working by myself. If you work with people you know well, everyone tends to slack off cause they all think it's okay and that everyone's friends with each other, so no one will get mad - BUT THEY DO. I know a lot of friends who had major arguments and ended their friendships because of this. On the other hand, when you're working with people you don't know, it's hard to be open, specially if you're a shy person. So I think it's best to work individually.

I like working alone. I have worked on a team and also, had an experience to work on my own and I prefer to work alone. Some people loves to interfere with my work when I work as a team. Some would be the know it all person in the team and there is also people who plan on your back! so I prefer working on my own.

Coordination means we cannot do anything without one another, if each and every one of your teamates know whats the real meaning of coordition, you will unite. though almost all of us are being opinionated.

Different people have different ideas.but everything has two sides ,just like a coin .so i think they have advantages and disadvantages.we must face it correctly.As far as i am concerned,i prfer to work individually,becaurs i can do with somethings by myself,i needn't listen to some branching idears from other people .i can do something by my own idea.I also hate other useless gossip,when i am working.

Well i always work well with team only... I can't work alone as i got bored and i can't concentrate on my work.. We are having our team of 4 friends and we are working very well with good coordination.... As you told there can be some little fights like my or his work is more good but we really don't care much about those fight.. I guess we all do better with each other and appreciate each other's work.. :)

the both its same good !but sometime l like work indibidual because is not to busy and can focus ! but some time team work is needed !example, certainly u will need some sugest from your friend. It include team work isn't ??? so there is time for work and work alone. You just shorting when working alone or work in team !

Team work is the best. there is something called synergy i.e. fusion of forces. When each member of the team combines forces, then work becomes fun and it is enjoyable. I like team work

In my opinion working as a team is much better than working alone. If this is about online jobs, much better. Because we can make more good money that alone. It will boost our earnings if the team working together and helping together... Have a great day!

I like being a team leader as I am good at directing and know how to pick wheat from chaff. But I will be a total failure as a team member. I perform better if I do take up projects on my own but need someone to do the routines.

i don't think so , i think work in team is better for us. we could work together, and help each other when something unusual happen in team. but individual is not as good as this.

i had my share of working alone and working with team mates. working alone really puts everything in your hands and would in turn give you a result of what you really wanted, but that takes a lot of effort. on the other hand, working with team mates makes working fast and easier, but the results may vary if the other members of the team doesnt work the way you want them to or the way they should be working.

As much as possible, I prefer working alone because you don't need to worry if the other person is capable of the things that you would like to accomplish on the project. You can rely on yourself on how to produce the product that you like. But if the situation requires you to work in a team, I can still work out my views on the product. However, it's not possible to avoid conflict or unease when you are working on delicate project.
