For playing test matches one has to be dependable and responsible, i am great fan of Yuvi and always admired his game , but i dont think he is dedicated enough to play test matches .In his peak time when he was in great form , in limited overs cricket, even that time he was struggling in test matches. For now he is struggling in limited overs cricket in which he used to be so dominant.I think he should concentrate more on limited overs cricket also domestic cricket so that he can regain his form .He is a gifted batsman with loads of talent and he will bounce back for sure, having said that Raina and Pujara who are preferred over Yuvi deserve this chance as they are working hard from long time.

Yuvraj Singh is the best example of the younger cricketers getting overdose of money and how they can not cope of the lime lite they are receiving from the glamor world. And its not the 1st such phase of the yuvi's life.....Remember the movie called "Victory" which came in 2008 featuring Harman Baweja , which many says that was based on the Yuvi's lime lite and closeness with bollywood and all other stuff than cricket. And yesterday in one of the interview he himself spoke "If I get dropped like that, i have to try in some reality show or something"...the words from the horses mouth came finally galtise sahi aahi gaye. Its very sad to see the downfall of the cricketer who hits six sixes in an over, cant imagine its the same yuvi of yester years.

i think its a good decision, he was not in a good form, let him lead the rest of india team and gain the form and come back strongly. and some young guys get chance its good for indian cricket, we need some new one to play with responsibilities.

Yuvraj Singh is no doubt India's one of the top class batsman. Media has rumored that he is indulged in some unwanted partying and other things. Yes, this could be true to some extent, but I am sure, no one would like to screw up his career like this because of partying and girls. I feel, he was inconsistent in the last year because of the injuries. Including Pujara instead of Yuvraj in the team is a very good decision by the selectors. This will help both these players, it will give some time to Yuvraj so that he can prepare for World Cup and at the same time, hardworking Pujara will get his well deserved chance in the test team. I have heard a lot about Pujara, I wish him to play like Dravid. Let's hope for the best!!!

Yuvraj has not been in good form so selecting C.Pujara for Australia series is a very good decision by the board. I feel this is the best test team against Australia for this series.

Yuvraj singh is a great player.Any captain would love to have him in the side. This year hasn't gone his way.He faced many injuries this year. This has also affected his performance in the field. In recent time he hasn't shown that aggressive temprament for which he is known for.I think he lacks self confidence.According to my point of view a self confident player with too many injuries can also win a match for his team. But a fully fit player without self confidence can't win a match for his team.I think he should apply himself in domestic level, try to improve his fitness level. Then try to come back strongly.
