My babysitter would quite at the end of this month. The reason that she supplied was both my boy and girl were difficult to feed. I did not denied it, it takes 1 hour to feed my 4 years old boy with a bowl of rice. The problem is both my wife and me are working. Would have to find a solution in 10 days. What do you think?

If my babysitter is running low on patience I would rather she quits than choke my son. Perhaps one of you could take leave for a week or two while you get a new baby sitter. Or you may wish to put your son with your siblings or grandparents. Or what about a day care center?

Yes, you need to look into why she is having a problem feeding them, maybe there is something that can be changed, and maybe the difficulty can be ironed out !

Offer more money to your babysitter or teach your boy to eat faster. Why does it take a hour to feed a 4 year old boy? Maybe he does not like rice. Or he is not hungry.

It is troublesome if the babysitter suddenly wanted to quit. I have that experiences when my kids were small. I have around 20 babysisters who come and go. In the end I got fed-up with them so I send the kids to nursery. It solved all problems. Maybe you can hire a new one or send your children to the nursery.

I think that you might want to consider why it takes so long to feed your four year old. Is he just not that hungry? Maybe spread out the meals to a small meal and then a snack or something? That might help a little bit. Other than that, you have to respect your babysitter's wish to terminate her employment if that's really what she wants. You might ask if she can keep working until you can find another babysitter, though, and she might accept that. You might even offer her a pay raise for that brief time until you find another babysitter. Might be something to consider.
