loosing weight is as easy as gaining??

though gaining and loosing weight are extreme opposites but they both are attainable as long as you are really determined to do so..

The thing is, both gaining and losing weight has the same concept. It's all about calorie balance. If you eat more than you burn, you gain weight. If you eat less than you burn, you lose weight. The thing is, losing weight takes more effort than gaining weight, so it isn't really as easy even though the description of it sounds like it would be easy.
A lot of people just lack the willpower to be able to lose the weight that they need to lose, despite the fact that it is probably best for their health at the time.

there different type of body structure of a human.. so loosing weight also varies..^^
some people find hard to loose especiily when they have poor metabolism and vice versa..
for me the key factor to your desired body figure is the determination to attain such..^^

you are so lucky to increase or decrease weight as per your will and wish.
There are many people who are unable to lose their weight.
With overweight or obesity they undergo a lot of pains and sufferings.
Even worse is their failure to lose weight with lot of exercises and strict diet control.
I feel really sad when I see them suffering with overweight body.
However I am happy to note that there are so many new ways and means now in the market to lose weight such as slimweightpatch,tavatea,greentea etc..
I feel parents should educate their children good eating habbits such as avoiding junk foods etc so that in future atleast we will have less number of obesity people.
And the governments should ensure that high cholesterol content foods are not given wide
publicity in medias like TV etc..
