Is it effective to put your Ads on Facebook?

I was just wondering what if I put my ads on facebook. I have not tried this before. If anyone here has tried this before please share your ideas and views. thank you

i think for me it`s not effective...because i had no much money to promote my blogs or my business

I have not tried it yet either but I'm positive that it will be effective. Facebook is the # 1 site right now.
