In September 21 of 1972, Martial Law was declared by the then Pres. Ferdinand Marcos. Much has been said about what happened after that declaration. Human Rights activists will always remind people of the numerous human rights violations committed during the Martial Law period. More than that, the children and wives of the desaparecidos will forever keep the torch burning against such an atrocity and abuse of State power. No to State Impunity! Human Rights for All! ;)
