how you describe a best friend?

best friend for me is someone i can always depend on and ask guidance on things i am encountering in my present life. someone i can laugh and cry with,someone who knows the real me and doesn't feel shy to say what they really are feeling. someone to be there in times of need.someone to run to,and understand you.someone who loves you as their own sibling. i loved having friends who are like that...

A best friend is willing to sacrifice the personal things he have for the sake of his best friend that is the true meaning and essence of best friend. I'm not saying on all aspect of your life you should sacrifice but it means you are on the good side on which on your best friend will have great life.

For me, a best friend is the best of course. Someone who can tell me if I'm wrong or if I done somthing wrong. Someone who can accept me and understand me as well. Being in distance would not be a hindrance to communicate and feel you're in need. She/he will be there if not to support atleast to listen. And I'm lucky to have 2 best friends.

Maybe I have had it all wrong. I though a "best Friend" was a person who loved us unconditionally without reservations of any sort. I have had a really tough year and for some reason my countless friends seem to have forgotten that I am alive and breathing. I have learned this year the true meaning of friends, true friends and well it is time to begin creating new ones and letting go of all past one.

Best friend is someone who will be there for you in times when you need them. A shoulder to cry on, understand you and make you laugh when everything is so blue. Knows your weakness and respect you for what you are/what your decision either. Telling the truth when they know it's not right. A best friend who is humble and honest. A best friend that loves your family too as they love you. A best friend who is not jealous with everything you have. There it was my own interpretation of what best friend is.

A best friend is the person who is always there. A person who is supportive, and helpful. If you have a good friend you will never feel you are alone.

For me, my best friend must have something special. That something includes - s/he should have the ability to see what I am doing and should help me stay on the right path of life. This is the foremost requirement. Then comes the other things like faith, trust and blah blah blah. Cheers, Sids.

A best friend for me is a person who knows that I am not perfect, understands and accept me despite of who I am. Willing to be there for me to share with my happiness especially my sorrow. Who never lets me down. Not afraid to tell to my face that I'm wrong, that I made a mistake, that I hurt somebody and if it doesn't fit me.
