What is the quick cure for regular sores in the mouth or tongue?

Switpickle's suggestion does work. Gargle warm water with rock salt. If you want it to heal fast you can also put the rock salt on the sore itself. there are also ointments that you can buy in pharmacy and put in to your mouth sore.

Try gargling a cup of warm water mixed with rock/sea salt and a dash of vinegar. But I'm not really sure how many times you should do this. Once a day should be fine, until the sores are completely gone. A neighbor told me this years ago, and it really works!
