Will jueteng stop now after it is proven to have a cheat?!

In the news tonight, they showed how the numbers are manipulated. Two numbers are hidden inside the container where they draw the numbers, even before they put in the other numbers. It is kept just at the neck of the bottle. When the cover is placed and then removed, the other numbers don't have a chance of getting out. So the only 2 numbers will come out are the once placed before even the draw. Pretty nice trick!
Well now that it is proven to have a cheat, do you think Filipinos would still bet on it?

Oh, I so want jueteng, or any other kind of gambling activity, to die.

It was a very long time that this illegal gamble made all Filipinos being fool. It is very shameful. Million of pesos were collected for their own interest despite of many poor Filipinos are suffering in poverty. It is a time to wake up. It is a time to correct the mistakes....

if you are an avid gamer of the jueteng gamble game, you will not be surprise with this news, you will know that numbers are pre-drawn that is why every collector (cobrador) keeps a listing they called (pawayan or labasan) and tries to break the pattern, the process they called in my place as "radar" where in you list every number and create a pattern to anticipate the next set of numbers..

Nah, I don't think it will. People win in jueteng. Gambling is something that is hard to stop. As long as there are people who want to gain money without working hard for it, it will still be mainstream.
People don't really mind if they're cheated cause they're not shelling out that large a money, and the money you win isn't that big too.
If you were to win billions in that game and you're paying like 20 pesos, you'd really have a fit if you were cheated from your money

If theres a cheat on it then it would be better to regulate it rather than stop. I like what I have heard in tv from one of the opinionated official (ijust cant remember her name). Its so difficult to stop illegal gambling today, considering the fact that you even dont know who are those faithful officials. She said, If you cant beat them, then dance with them.

When I was a kid, my dad rarely bets but most of the time he wins. Anyway, for people to keep on betting, someone must win so it is very unlikely that no one will bet. Any other form of gambling works the same. Casinos have this same idea of manipulating results that is how they make profits.

its been what? 1 decade? since jueteng starts on Philippine and many Filipinos already knew that there is a trick on Jueteng but still many peeps are wasting their money on it. they are dreaming that lady luck will smile on them and give them the jackpot price but the truth is only Jueteng lords earn on this business and even some of our official's are having money on it some policeman. hope there is someone can stop the poison that jueteng gives.

Why not? people still win, and some people might have chosen the same number they've set to win. And, what is one peso if you will win 700 pesos? for me, it's a better gamble than Lotto with 10 to the nth possibilities.
i still think that people will choose to bet on jueteng, because it's cheaper.
I am not after it, but i would like to think that it's better than lotto.
