Well dear online jobs have ups and downs but don't despair I am sure you can recover sooner or later. There are other opportunities around so don't lose hope. If one door closes then certainly many windows will be opened for you. So be of good cheers my friend!

Hi! I was in a similar situation before and mine was also one of the worse moments in my writing career because the website accused me of plagiarizing, where I was actually just following the client's instructions for her assignments. And then again, in another situation, I was paid short of what I was supposed to receive. The reason? The client gave me a negative feedback. And what was the complaint I asked. The site could not provide me any. The online site received a tongue lashing from me because they should mediate between the client and the online worker, and they definitely neglected seeing my side of the picture. Anyway, so much for the verbal affront, I still wasn't able to get my payment (sigh!) In another instance, the client just vanished and ran away with the paper i wrote. I was demanding for my payment (I made the paper last June yet) and up to now they could not contact the client - what did they expect anyway? so again, i was on the losing end. sigh again :( anyway, thanks for letting me rant. I hope you're okay now. I'm sure there will be better opportunities for you soon. cheer up my friend!

Wow, that sucks! I am so sorry that happened to you, but don't give up!

I am sorry to hear you have been fired from one of those sites. I haven't done much writing online for any of them. I have been afraid to put too much effort into my work and have people say they don't accept it. Maybe you will find something else to replace that income.

Sorry to hear of your job loss. I sure hope that you can find another one soon that will allow you to write and earn money. I find that I enjoy writing for Associated Content and that it is one of the best paying sites that I have found online. I am sure that there are jobs out there if you know what you are doing. Let us know if you find a new job.

wow that is just stupid of them! You seem to be a great writer and I dont know why they would fire you if it wasnt your fault. Have you tried sending the site an email explaining your side? Sorry about your job loss. There are a few writing jobs that you can apply for online if you're interested, you chould check into Demand Studios, Freelance Writing gigs, and Helium. You can also join Fiverr, it's a site that allows you to post things that you are willing to do for $5.00.

People over here have already told you enough sorry(s) that you got fired. Now start planning for what has to be done next. There are very few sites that really pay and even if they the amount is too little for worth the time. This is what have always experienced. You seem to have good writing skills. You can also think of tutoring etc. They really pay well. All the best!!!

You wouldn't happen to be talking about Fiverr would you? I got "fired" so to speak off that account because I wasn't following their TOS either, but I was just doing what a buyer wanted me to do ! I was rather upset so I can definitely feel your pain. I hope that you can find another gig! Have you heard of Associated Content?

First of all, why would you follow a client instructions if you knew it was against the TOS? I don't know what site this was, but if I were you, I would have contacted the administration and make a complaint.

With all of my writing work, I keep copies of it saved on my computer so if I don't get paid from someone, which hasn't happened yet thankfully, I can use the work for another site. As far as I'm concerned, if someone doesn't pay for something, then I retain the copyright so I can use my article for where I like. Sorry that your writing job hasn't work out but there are loads of others, you might like to try something like Digital Journal, Helium or Newsvine.

Think positive.. First, you can spend more time on mylot. And you can learn how to spend wisely. An wish you find a better job later

Sorry to hear that. Getting fired from any job can be disheartening They should be sending you any payments that you are entitled to unless there was something in a contract that would prevent you from being paid for being fired.

Sorry to hear about you losing your job. The way things are today with the economy, its really tough trying to keep a job and even trying to make extra money. I feel your pain, I was fired from my job a couple months ago and its not easy trying to make ends meet. Hopefully you can see the positive in this. This will give you more time to look for other, better paying jobs. You'll probably find something much better than that. Dont worry. Keep your head up!
