when I am really mad, i have to go to a place where I can be alone so that then I can contemplate. I will pray and ask for the strength so that I can carry all the burdens that I feel. I write in my blog and put all my thoughts and anger there. I text my mom how bad I feel, and if I do not have anything more to do,i sleep, and pray that when I wake up, I would feel fine.

I usually yell, I'm good at that. If I have my guitar handy I lay down some nasty riffs, but afterward I can't remember which chords they were, and I'm probably still mad about the same stupid thing that got me all riled up in the first place. I used to listen to soothing music and that helped to calm me down.

Technically, I will go to a lonely place where only I myself, then I will scream as loud as I can. Or, I will cry as deep as I can.
But it was my old days. Right now I've mastered meditation and prayer techniques so I will meditate to calm myself down.

I won't break my plates or glasses. Instead I Pen it down on papers, shred them up into pieces. And burn them up. It has worked for me.

When Im mad, frustrated, angry or super stressed. I want to scream and its a good thing you ride a real adventure ride like roller coaster, octopus ride or whatever that would make you scream so loud. You'll surely feel better afterward.

I pour out my anger in writing and confront the person who provoked me through email. Writing is one way of releasing stress and anger. But as much as possible I don't vent my anger through blogging although I remembered blogging about it once. I wrote it though in a mild way so as not to hurt much the people concerned and just stated facts. If I don't write probably I would end up pulling the hair or give a good punch to the person concerned of which I don't want as such to happen :)

I keep a journal. and when things are going good, I do not use it as much, but putting my ideas in writing puts things in perspective. Sometimes I am not as angry, I realize that i may have misplaced my anger etc. Going and yelling at the person usually makes me feel worse, and does not normally resolve the issue at that point.
