china iPhone... how to install a theme application

I bought a China iPhone 2weeks ago and I noticed that I cannot change themes in my phone and there is no application for this feature. So does anyone know how to install a theme application in my phone? Please help!

I think now china Iphone are fully multimedia. So you can install any theme by downloading it from internet through phone. Or you may put some good themes by your data cable through computer.
