How long is the battery life of your cell phone?

I hope many will have some good answers to share here. In a world rocked by touch screen mobiles at a very affordable rate, I am sure battery life for a recharge is a real concern. My mobile charge hardly stands two day with 6 to 7 calls of 20 mins each. Its bit lousy sometimes when the charge goes down at some important conversation. I always say keypad phones are 1000 times better than the touch ones. I hope the higher range ones in touch have better battery power. Share your thoughts on your phone and how frequently you charge your mobile.

My battery life is three days on my phone, but I charge it up long before that because it there is an emergency, and I need my phone, then it better be charged up.

Hi there.. My phone is an LG brand touchscreen phone.. My battery charge usually lasts up to 3 days depending on my use.. My daughter loves playing games on my phone and she does frequently, my battery would only last for a maximum of 2 days.. But I think my phone's battery is still strong and very reliable..
My very recent battery charge happened 3 days ago, and its just now that I am charging the phone again..
Yes I think phone with keypads are most likely to last longer compared to touchscreen ones..

I don't have a touch screen, I guess you just gave me another reason that I would not like one. Plus I wouldn't use it much either. I know the one I have now is a prepay keypad phone that suits my needs just fine. I'm mainly a SAHM so I don't need gazillions of features nor a ton of minutes. I use my land line more. Typically I charge my phone once a week as if I hit the snooze on it too much it wears on the battery some but that's about it.

It would depend on how much I use it. If I just use it for texts, it would go up to 3days, 4days at most. But if I use a bit of games, tv, or wifi, then it would only last 1.5days. That doesnt happen that often since I really do just use my phone for calls and texts.^_^

I am not satisfied with my cell phone battery backup. It’s backup only at least only one day. So I am not satisfied with its backup. I used LG cell phone. And its battery is very poor. So now I want to change my cell phone. Can you tell me the good brand of any cell phone which battery life is really very good?

I have two phones right now. The basic one lasts for about 7 days so I only have to charge it four times a month. The other one's battery which is a camera phone lasts for four days. I don't use touch screen type of phones. I guess I'm using the right ones since charging phones is a hassle for me especially when I have to leave for vacation.

I charge my cell phone once a week. It's not a touch screen. Anyway for a battery to keep longer, two facts are important: shut off the cell phone over night or buy a new original battery. A cell phone with a good battery must last at least 3-5 days. Two days is already too short! Or buy another cell phone...

I think my mobile battery last for 2 days if not frequently use but if I watch movie or play games, it doesn't last for a day.

I recently bought the Samsung Corby Pro amidst friends advising me not to. The reason cited was poor battery life and that it's got a touch screen. Today I am glad I did not heed their advice. My phone has a QWERTY keypad as well as a resistive touchscreen. I listened to music for around 3 hours each day for the past five days. Yes five days and I've had to recharge my phone only today. So much for the poor battery theory. I wouldn't exactly call my phone a high range phone. It cost me around 10000 Indian rupees or around $220. So it's a mid-high range phone. It's really good for it's price.

For my cell phone,
when I fully charged it, it can be used for two days.
I will use the cell phone to talk about 3 hours per day and send 20 messages.
I won't use it to listen songs

I myself have a samsung slide phone from verizon. The battery life of this thing is just brutal, barely lasting me even a day which is uber frustrating. Strange thing is, this phone can remain active in the "low battery" mode for hours. I can still text, make calls, etc., I just can't take or view pictures or video while it's in this mode, so the frustration just keeps building. It's not even a smart phone or touch screen but the battery sure drains like one.
One day I'll find a phone that won't be so dang needy, but until then, my nights will have to end with a plug into the wall every single day.

i charged my mobile every day, i use a blackberry smartphone and the battery only lasted for about 1 and a half days, especially when the wifi is on (which is on all the time) and use to browsing a lot. Sometimes only lasted less than a day, really terrible battery wise, but in Indonesia everybody are using blackberry so you have to use one just to stay connected.
