My sister used to put a spoon of organic apple cider vinegar in a glass of water. She said it will help to lose weight. I wonder how that works. Does anyone have tried using apple cider vinegar on diet?

The apple cider vinegar is made from fresh ripe apples that are fermented and undergo a rigorous process. The vinegar contains many vitamins, beta carotene, pectin and minerals such as potassium, sodium, magnesium, calcium, iron and fluorine. This vinegar contains malic acid which is very useful in fighting fungal and bacterial infections.

My mother used it maybe once a week, and lost 6 pounds in a month. I have taken the pills that can be found at kmart and lost 15 pounds in two weeks. It really does work. More for some than for others. Not only does it help you lose weight but it will also do so many more things. It helps to detoxify the body, help lower glucose levels, as well as blood pressure. Now if you don't have problems with those it won't hurt you. But something else I wanted to tell you about that also helped me and I mean the results were so good I dropped a pants size in days was eating a slice or two of pineapple a day with breakfast. It has to be fresh pineapple.
I have been thinking of combining the two to see what the results would be. I just have a habit of getting tired of eating or drinking the same things everyday and end up giving up. But I think I will eat pineapple with breakfast and the apple cider vinegar sweetened with honey before lunch and dinner.
But yeah it works.

I read an article about this weight loss method a couple of years ago in Woman's World magazine. It suggested that if you mixed a spoonful of apple cider vinegar in water and drank it before each meal that you would lose weight effortlessly. I gave it a try for two weeks and when I didn't lose a single ounce, I gave it up. Maybe it was jsut me but it didn't work at all
