I am scared to log into my twitter accout. Is it safe to log in with the hack that happened this morning?

It should be fine as long as you change your password as soon as you login. When you change your password, whoever (or whatever) hacked your account won't be able to get in again. I reccoment changing your password every couple of months at least to keep it from happening.

I know it was more than one person, but your password still needs to be changed. Even if it's a site wide problem.

I have logged in twice since a member stated it was hacked, from what I understand it was the entire twitter issue, not a specific member and that no members were affected.
So warranted though as you never know.

Do not worry. Just login and change your password. It will prevent security flaw.
