Honestly, I never thought or feel about it until today. My bestfriend who is working in Singapore told me that she will be 28 this coming October and she felt that she's really getting old and etc. I didn't pay attention to it at first but then, her birthday jitters somehow sunk into me. LOL. I'm 27 and I am also turning 28 this year. I feel like . Maybe this day is just teasing me to get my life in order. I haven't achieve anything. I have no savings. I have some debts though I can still get a good sleep at night. I haven't meet the love of my life. And I haven't got a haircut. LOL. Bear with me my friends. This is part of some days where I feel like the hydrant and Time is the dog taking a piss on me. LOL

I know how you feel, I am 25, and I remember when certain things were popular and they aren't anymore, but I am choosing to really pay attention to it anymore, and just go with the flow and see new things.

LOL. I know what you mean, rogue. When we are being nostalgic and then we get the reaction of the new generation saying like, "What year was that?"...

Yeah, just the other day, I was watching "Daria" and I was saying to myself, "Oh my God, I remember when I first saw this show." Then a few days later, I saw these boots at the store that looked like that ones that Daria, and I bought them just because I could and I wanted to relive my teenage years.

Don't worry it's just the midlife crisis, just kidding! As one of the poster here said, it's probably the debt that's causing it .

Well I will never feel my age I am 18 and I do not look it and when I tell people they don't believe me because they are always shocked and say are you serious you look so much younger than that which does feel nice to hear, but now I feel like a little girl and I feel that I will never be able to look older, but hmm I was thinking theres people that age slowly like me in my case and by the time I am like 40 I could end up looking like 20 or so which is not so bad because I want to be young, but I also don't want to look to old that's like everybody's worst fear well for women at least. Hmm 28 doesn't really seem like an old age theres a lot of people that still look young at the age.

life is like that. Before you really understand wat to do, time will skip as oldness from you. But no worries, still you have long to go. Some people will take it as granted, some will loose their time think nothing more.

We all have things we wish we had accomplished earlier. I believe though that we are all on the right path, even if it's a bit jagged. Of course I am religious, so I won't go into much more as I don't want to offend. Don't worry about age, age is just a number. Make a list of things you want to accomplish, from small tasks to bigger tasks, then try to accomplish atleast five a year, depending on how big or small they are. We all feel like the dogs favorite hydrant sometimes.

For me age is a number. Some people may be old in age but young in their hearts. I pay attention to the things I have done in my life. I may be old but I make other people smile . I may be old but I am in top shape compared to other people who are 5 years younger than me. I have no issues with my age. I am 26, i do not have savings, i have debts and I have a sulky job. But i have a wonderful family, people around me loves me. So age is something that will never make me frown. Unless I am 88 already.

You say you are 27 going on 28 and yet you behave like you were my age, 51. Compared to you, I must prehistoric. Well I am not. I am not saying that I am young, I am saying I am current. We are as young or as old as we feel. Feel good and be young. There will be bad days, but they flit by. Have a plan and work to it. Each success you get will get you immense happiness. Man of your life, money and every thing you may ever want. Go out there and make most of your time productively.

Just think of it this way... when u get older you wear your body out and you begin to feel it... but be proud that your getting older... Your legs may hurt but it's because you walked them for miles and miles.... Your face will lag a bit in some places but that only is because you shared thousands of smiles with people every day... You lived your life and did many things... be proud that you can live to be an old lady :)

Keep your head up. I thought I would lose it when I turned 30 but I made it and just recently celebrated my 37th birthday. I don't feel as though I have accomplished anything with my life either, as I just let one of my biggest dreams in life fail. But I'm still holding my head up and trying to make the most of it.

Hi! Twenty eight years old is still young. You still have a long journey ahead. Now heres a piece of advice; if you are working, try your best to limit yourself from having debts. If possible dont use your credit cards. They charge huge interest that one day you will be surprise that your debt has become bigger. This is based on my personal experience. I dont believe in having a credit card before because i dont want to have debts. But one time i was offered a card without any requirement and that was the start. Anyway i stopped using my cards already but i haven't finished paying my debts yet. Regarding your love life, dont rush, one day someone will come along. If you rush things, you might end up with the wrong person. Just enjoy life, move with the flow. Focus on your career and try to analize whether its already the right one for you. If not, then look for another but ask guidance from the Lord. Regarding savings, well, maybe you can start with a hundred peso per payday. Put it in a piggy bank or a money box with a key.

Hi, tripplejazz. Thank you. And you are very sweet in consoling me. I don't have credit cards but I owe money to friends who are very kind and offered me help before whenever I encounter shortage of money. And I am slowly paying them little by little that's why I don't have savings yet. =) I hope Lord will hear whenever it concerns about the desires of my heart. LOL. It's almost Christmas.
