Epicure is 100% wrong about "native born" vs "natural born" and about citizenship being traced through the bloodline of the father. The president was born in Hawaii and is every bit a natural born citizen of this country. She claims that everyone else is ignorant of the law but she is the one who is blind.

Sorry, mrsmakawak, but the issue is NOT where he was born, but the "STONE COLD PROOF" that his father was NEVER a US citizen, therefore making him forever ineligible to be legally, constitutionally president. Even if he were born here, it would not make a whit of difference, because that might only make him "native" born, not NATURAL BORN, because natural born citizenship is traced through the bloodline of the father. I do not know how so many Americans can continue to choose to remain ignorant of the truth, but I do know, that if Obama and his criminal traitor handlers continue to have their way, you will not be "laughing" very long and the damage will be irreversible.

Obama's aunt was ordered by a judge to leave in 2004. Like her nephew, she ignored the ruling and the law and did not such thing. This past year I have come to be almost thankful that I am in the twilight of my life. I feel so sorry to think what kind of a life will be facing my great grandchildren (who happen to have a black father so are biracial) in what is left of our country after Obama has completely destroyed what once made America a great nation.

Nonetheless, under no circumstances can Obama claim to legally be president since his own corrupt State Department, via Todd Levanthal, recently acknowledged him to be a dual-national, thus categorically NOT NATURAL BORN, and NEVER ELIGIBLE to be president in this country he so hates. It is a pity and shame that most Americans do not know their own constitution, but that's what these thugs and traitors are counting on as they continue to mock, defraud, ignore and bankrupt us, so that America will be the next third world country, subject to their NWO agenda and their engineered serfdom for our citizens.

His citizenship is not by jus sanguinis (by blood) but by jus soli (place of birth). I don't know how many right wingers can keep bringing up something that is totally irrelevant when the fact is anyone of a foreign nation that comes to this country and gives birth has given their child United States citizenship. Do you know why this was put in the constitution? For the fact that they didn't want anyone born to a slave to be denied United States citizenship. Natural born is not by blood alone but by place of birth also, get your facts straight. I wish right wingers would understand the constitution, than maybe you can move onto something REAL like the patriot act that Obama renewed and that your right wing president Bush put into place that goes against the constitution instead of focusing on lies.

Evan, I am not "you people". There is no proof whatsoever that BHO is anything but a dual national (stated recently by Todd Levanthal of the State Dept.). His "dual-national" citizenships are Kenyan/British and Indonesian. I wish Americans could understand their own constitution and it's a sad commentary. In the United States of America a "dual national" can NEVER be president. Indonesia also does not accept the "dual national" concept re its citizens. Adoniah, I know someone who has Guillain-Barre syndrone, which is what Obama's aunt suffers from. It can be very debilitating so it's understandable that she was hospitalized and has been unable to work on a regular basis...especially considering that she had to relearn how to walk. She hasn't been laying around on the couch watching the soaps though. She has been volunteering her time and energy at the Boys and Girls Club and with the Boston Housing Authority for several years now.

Spalladino, I took care of someone with Guillan-Barre, even buying him a hospital bed and giving him a room to live in, so I know the pain. But, she is still here illegally and was ordered to leave; her flouting the law is still wrong. Not only that, but the Obama/Odinga family rules in Kenya, and any or all of them could amply provide for auntie, including BHO. Epicure, I realize that things are different in Epicureland but in this country when a judge grants you asylum, you are no longer here illegally. I have no idea how she flounted the law...she was granted another hearing, she presented her case and it was decided. Just because you disagree with the decision, just because you believe that other family members...or the president...could/would provide for her was not the issue before the court. The old penalty for treason was hanging; barring prison for Obama, he and auntie could be deported to Kenya, their home country.
