Stupid and none what so ever boss

I'm currently working as a Junior Administrator in a office and I have a great dilema in my our, that is our boss. He is a stupid and caring boss you will ever have. When you made a mistake he will scoled you, when he make a mistake he will still scoled and blame for what mistaked he made, even thou everybody knows that is his fault. He never care what will happen to you. He doesn't do anything and act that he was tired all day. He broke company rules and regulations, and doesn't know how to speak properly with his subordinate and last but not the list, he will make you do his job and will never any responsibility. Would you still work for him?
