yeah i can feel it..it's called colds. it's very uncomfortable. and makes me feel depressed. i feel "heavy", sluggish, uneasy , and itchy on the nose... what's making it worse is my rhinitis allergy that gets triggered whenever I get colds. It's so embarrassing to go to work looking like this...but I've no choice. I wish I could just sleep at home!

It has been a few days since you posted this discussion, so I hope you are feeling better right now.
I thought I had colds too just before the weekend, but just when I started to feel it on my throat, I started a water therapy. I drank a lot of water. And I felt better after a nap. Good thing it was a weekend.

I am often discouraged when i feel the symptoms of a cold coming my way. It usually starts with a few sniggles and a scratchy throat. I do everything i can to slow it down. I don't like how i feel and react when i have a cold. There are times when i just don't care about anything except ridding myself of my cold.

Hi. kquiming. I know exactly how you are feeling! I have a sore throat right now. It is very uncomfortable. No matter what I take, it will not go away that easily. It is like it wants to stick to my throat forever. When I feel a cold coming on, I drink down some room temperature Fuze drink. It seems like this helps me to fight off an incoming cold, especially the sore throat. I hope that you will feel better very soon. Stay warm!

That's awfully terrible, especially when you cannot rest and must work.
Well, don't force yourself. Just move or do something easily. Do not move too much if you don't need it. Try to drink warm tea or eat hot soup, and consume the medicine which works best for you.
When you get home, you just take a rest and make sure nobody bothers you.
