I am having this blog about Diabetes and trying to promote Natural Foods like Vegetables and Fruits as "must" foods for Diabetes. Browsing through the internet, I get confused on which fruits are really good for Diabetics. Some say its apple and grapefruit, others - banana and orange.
Please help me guys.

Here in the Philippines, we have a tropical fruit that is good for diabetes. It's "mangosteen'. The part that you need from the fruit is the peeling because it is rich in "xanthone", which helps in reducing blood sugar. Please try to check on that fruit, maybe that will help you a lot in your query. Have a nice day.
