Becoming an International Student in Australia

Hi, Has any of you studied or dreamed of studying in Australia? She told me of a scholarship (AusAids) that help aspiring students from third world countries to get a chance to study there. Does anyone know about this and give me helpful advice? I am a bachelor graduate and thinking of obtaining a master's degree or something. Thanks in advance to everyone who will respond! :)
