At your job if you don't get job satisfaction, will you try for a new job or continue with the same job whatever you are doing? Or will you keep trying till you get a new and better job? What you say?

If there is a good opportunity too move to another job then why not. It's hard to work if you are not happy with it.

Hi dear,
Yes, we need to keep trying until we feel we are in the right place. Also, we found that all means of satisfaction like compensation, working hours, nature of job are matching, we can stick on it and once we feel that this is the right job, we will be satisfied and would prefer to do a great job as well.
Thanks for your response.

If i don't get satisfaction with my job. I will not continue because i know i am not happy anymore. I experience that before. I don't like my co employees and my employer as well. They delayed our salaries and my co employees are not friendly. So i quit my job.My contract end up for two months because i am not happy anymore. Right now i am contented with my job. Since this is my dream when i was a child and i am happy with my co employees here. But in the future if i have enough capital for my business. I will quit my job.

Hi dear,
Wherever we are, satisfaction is a pre requisite. At home, job or work, travel, and living circumstances, wherever it is, we need the mental satisfaction. Good you left the job and find a new one. If we cannot survive the life with others who are working along with, better to move as early as possible. However, you problem is resolved and found a better place indeed.
Hope you will be enjoying more in the new ventures.

Dear friend,
I am satisfied with present job, also do like continue with it. Moroever I feel if we do job with interest we may tend to like it. Otherwise it is better to avoid until we find a better job. It may become a mental torture if we are forced to do job which we dislike that too with less salary. Still I knew there are people who do job for their living even if they do not like it.

Hi dear,
Thanks for the quick response.
We know, many are doing their job only have to do it and there is no other options. In such case, they do the work mechanically, probably may not enjoy them at all. Many kind of works are like that only, just mechanical and it goes on. Some are destined to do like that and will continue with it for ever.
As you said, if we really like the job what we do, there may be perfection and insetion of mind in it. Some people are totally away from their field of knowledge and are doing only there is no other alterntives. In such cases, the work they do only for the sake of earning.

Thank-s

Hi dear,
Yes, we need to give importance to the job satisfaction. As it is not a day’s work or a month’s job, we should involve our full effort. After doing all, if we won’t get any mental satisfaction, we do the things for someone else. That is way people are always in search of a better prospects along with money and satisfaction.
Thanks for your response.

Hi Thanks,
Job satisfaction is the most essential thing that I consider before joining or taking up any assignment. Then follow the other things like salary etc. So I am sure that the job/assignment that I am into is satisfying to me.
But after all it is human nature and I cannot be 100% sure that I would continue getting the satisfaction for long in the job. So when things start getting un-satisfying, I try to find out WHY? If I get to the reasons, I make efforts to change them and make the job satisfying again. But if these reasons are beyond my capacities, I would definitely start searching for alternatives and then when I land up at something good, I quit this job (of course I do this as per norms prevalent).
However, I have been lucky on most occasions and have some long lasting jobs in my career. As of now, I work as a freelance and also a part time trainer at a nearby Computer Institute and my Bosses have been quite understanding and considerate of the issues that I have.
Regards,
Sids.

Hi dear,
The job is a not a one day trial. As you mentioned, if the job is matching with our profile, it will be more advisable and appreciable to accept it. We can see many people have a lot of job movements with various reasons. Probably, the compensation would be main reason. Better prospectus in case of money and promotional job are always may be the basic reason for a move around.
There are people ready to any job if the remuneration is quite ok, in such cases, people are more leaned to money and that would be the satisfaction point. However, a typist cannot be an admin manager and he cannot able to manage the same even if he is paid well. So a person’s capacity with his knowledge and interest makes more sense while taking the decisions.
It is nice to go through your words.
Thanks for your response.

Hello,
Well, that's a problem when you don't like your job.
But,if you really love what you are doing, then, you won't get tired or boring.
Some people just grab any job for the sake of money, but,it is better to look for a job that really is your passion.
Have a great day always
