Can't format my flash drive

Does anybody know how can i format my flash drive? It won't let me explore it and says i have to format it first but when i want to do that i receive this error "Windows was unable to complete the format" ... I tried to format it from the disk manager too, same problem there ... help pls!

hmmm sounds like a bad sector to me. try this, insert any windows installer cd and boot from that, when the screen that shows the discs appears, use and format it. respond if you need more help.
