I agree with you. I want to master the art of meditation.

Hi. yurijhel. I agree. When my kids are in school or asleep, I try to have some me time as much as possible. I enjoy the peace and quietness. I don't mind it either. When I move from out of this apartment, I will have more peace and quietness. I will not have to be around a place where my privacy feels like it is invaded.

Yeah right. There are times we wanted to be alone. Especially when we wanted to think things over. But sometimes being alone may also drown us to sadness. Like when we have problems that needs to be expressed to somebody. Sometimes being alone gives us ideas that are not "appropriate".

Yes I agree of that. Some times we need to be alone to think, especially if we need to make a plan, solving a problem and of course to relax.

Yurijhel,
You are absolutely right. Being with yourself is a great feeling. It helps you to understand yourself. It gives you a feeling to be original means you are what you are, to do things which you really enjoy. I also like this loneliness. But being a mother of two naughty kids i get very less time for myself. But how much I get I enjoyed it best.

My friend, I'm with you on that 500%
I don't consider myself to be a loner, I like social life at a good extent, even being the life of the party, center of attention once in a while, I do like that feeling.
I interact with coworkers, friends, family, not that shy of a person, not afraid to speak out, sometimes I might but not that often. In a word, I'm not introverted.
But, if I was to put this in balance ..
I'm more for the quiet, relaxing, soothing music maybe, ocean waves sound by the beach sipping on some good coffee moments.

Yes, I definitely agree. Sometimes, it's wonderful just to sit in the quiet. Whether you are relaxing at home, or you are out in nature, just not having to deal with any of the stresses going on in your real life. I love to just relax in bed and watch a movie, or lay out in the sun at the pool or the beach with some music on.

Yes, being alone is a necessary for me. Having an alone time, when your only concern is important so that you can actually reflect about what you have done in your life, your failures and how you were able to cope, and your successes. Being alone gives you a feeling of relief also, it is very important that you find time for yourself sometimes, it's our obligation to take of our personal lives.
