Captcha when signing up with AlertPay

I have never had a problem with captchas before, always get them right the first time. I was trying to sign up for an AlertPay account and tried about 15 times and kept getting rejected. I even tried doing the audio, which I've never done before, but they expect you to pick out certain words being said over like ten other people mumbling and talking. Anyone else have this problem?

At times I've had to try a couple of times but always eventually succeeded. That's weird! I do have an alert pay account and have had good service from the company. The company is about a half hour from where I live. Maybe you should give them a phone call about the situation.

I agree that they should be made easier to see instead of a jumbled mess that wastes our time and tests our patience.
