I've heard and would guess you have yourself, about several nutritional/health/beauty products and the way their members make money throug affiliate marketing or MLM, whatever the difference is. Can you share your experience if you've been part of any of them ? That would be even a more interesting experience when you've tried more than one. How much do you make monthly, how long did it took you to get there, how hard did you needed to work when starting, etc.

I will tell you the difference, I spent too much of the last year, learning and not enough of it doing. Affiliate marketing pays you for your efforts, and maybe the efforts of the people you sign up directly. Network Marketing(MLM) pays you for your efforts, and the efforts of your people and their people on down a few levels because you help them all to succeed. I am in a nutritional MLM, I learned a lot of personal growth, and a lot about developing relationships, and the products have really improved my life, I have spent far too much time learning, and not enough doing. I do not know how much I make monthly, because I have not finished collecting it all yet. Even after I stop, so long as a build a solid organization, it will still continue to pay me. You need to work hard and consistently. But, mostly you need to be doing, talking to people, preferably people you don't want to alienate, so avoid your friends and family and focus on strangers until you are good. I came across a great site for learning, it is free, you may find it useful in your pursuit. Many others have. Sincerely and With Appreciation.

Hi CJscott, I appreciate your comment. In just those few lines you wrote, I learned so much. I've never been that much into the nutritional products networks, I've signed in as a friend's referral but didn't get the hang of it or didn't wanted to, most probably this last one. Maybe one influential factor is that I'm not that much of a salesman, and I know in a way we all are, but talking people into doing something like this hasn't been one of my strenghts, I think I don't take rejection that well. Would be interested in checking that free site you mention thou.

Whoa, why does every one think sales person, I bet you sell a hundred things a day, and just don't care about it because you don't get commissions from it. As soon as commissions are involved it is oh, I don't want them to say no...it shouldn't matter. If you are telling them about your super vitamin c capsule or telling them to check out the new IronMan 2 movie on Blu-Ray disc, it is the same thing, and you have been doing every day since you were like 5. Just haven't been picking up the check. As for rejection, if you were a server in a Cafe, and went over to give a new table a cuppa and they said no thank you I would rather have tea, would you feel rejected about that? No, because they are not saying no to you, rather to what you have to offer. As for my site, I would direct you to my profile, down load and read Success in 10 Steps by Michael Dlouhy, and we can go from there. Sincerely and With Appreciation.

Just to add in, a great way to start is...It is okay to say no, I want to share this information with you, and then you just decide what to do with it, is that okay? Then it is easier to just inform them of your products, or your opportunity. Cheers.
