How can i get rid of this bad image " Eye Bags"

I am a person who is experiencing insomnia and could not have enough sleep sometimes. I am always having a very ugly eye bags and not good to see by others especially when i am going to malls. i really look stress and being to insecure about my face..please help guys...:-(

Try putting sliced cucumber on your eyes for 10 minutes. This is how I was told by my mother.
