Hi
I read in media about the patch technology to lose weight.
Is it really possible to lose weight by simply sticking one patch on your body daily ?
The manufacturers claim that these patches reduces weight by controlling appetite and food cravings. It will also burn residual fat reserves faster, causing you to lose weight.
For me the weight loss patch sounds just too good to be true.
Is anyone used these patches successfully? Please share your experiences.
Happy mylotting

From my experience... NO.
It doesn't. It just causes that area to be itchy and red. Some brands causes a burning sensation but otherwise it doesn't help. And generally each patch can only cover one area.
So, if you want to slim down your waist, you'll have to paste 4 around your belly button and 2 on either side of your love handles. To me, each patch is not cheap and it's a one time off usage therefore it's money consuming and results are not guaranteed.
The safest way is still exercise and cutting down on food itnake.

What happens when you reach your target weight and stop using the patches? I'm afraid I'd go back to my old habits and put the weight back on.
