I am planning to write articles for these sites. I would like to know how much is the minimum payout for each of them. Do they accept contributors from the Philippines? Do they give partial credits? For example, if they give $4.00 per 1000 page views, would they give me a credit if I got only 500 views? I hope you could help me with this.

I can recommend Bukisa, their minimum payout is $10. Triond has a lower payout $ 0.5, but since they do not always pay (they scammed me personally), I would still go with Bukisa if I were you. Triond looks good on the outside, but if you start looking into the site it really stinks!
I am not too familiar with the other sites, but Helium seems very promising too!

Is it a must for an article to get 1000 views before you can get credit from it?

Bukisa, AC and Triond are for international writers.
Helium only pays US citizen now.
As for the pay per view sites, they are counted in 1,000 views. Therefore if $4 is paid when hit 1,000 , any less will be $4 divided by 1,000 times the number of views currently.

Are you sure about Helium only paying US residents (I am assuming you mean residents and not citizens?)? I heard that they still pay some other countries too... so just want to make sure!

I am quite sure...but can't be completely sure. The last time I read was needed to be US citizen with the tax form thingy. But again, since it is tax form, it could very well be US residents. I might be mistaken but due to that, I didnt even go back to Helium any more....

I agree I have seen payment proofs from triond and bukisa. Bukisa is very careful in making members not to cheat. That also shows that they do care for member's interest. Hope you have luck with both of them.
