What do you always think when you are running? Do you feel that running is like a short life, and every time you finish you running plan, do you feel happy as you are overcome yourself again? That is what I think!

there are certainly phases to a run. I feel excitement as I start then move on to the heavy legs phase which is really difficult to get past. But I do know I can get past it so I persevere then there is a thrill when I enjoy that next mile and feel like I can run forever. Then the tired heavy legs returns then I try to push through again to get to the amazing feeling I had before. I often have a hard time making myself push through this second phase of tiredness. Though when I do I feel an amazing sense of accomplishment. I think this is why they say that running is 90% mental 10% physical.

This is the first time to see the sentence "running is 90% mental, 10% physical", but i agree with you very much.
