guess his boss is inferior about the knowledge ur husband possess. may be he fears that some or the other day he will dominate him in front of other team members.

ya,dis is the main problem....his boss always fears his knowledhe but this is not his fault.....y my hubby shud change his job?

I think your hubby never concentrate on their boss discouraging. And always try to do their best. And once day come when his boss also give him support. Because I think everything is happen with patience. So be patience and always concentrate on your work.
