How to turn off the sound of outgoing texts on the iPhone 4?

I know how to silence the phone in all and just the incoming texts , but I can't figure out a way to silence outgoing texts if I want to keep my ring volume on and all in/out going texts silent?

if you are having trouble with your phone you can call customer service and ask them they can tell you what is wrong or they might have to fix your phone hope i helped and if you are worried about not having a phone then they usually give out phone to let u borrow hope this helps best of luck
