Our body responds to the way we think, feel, and act. When we are upset, anxious, or stressed our body says that our body is not right. Sometimes high blood pressure or ulcers may cause if we are faced with more stressed conditions.Few physical signs which says that our emotional health is out of balance....are like change in appetite, dry mouth, headaches, insomnia, weight gain or loss, high blood pressure.....etc,. if at all are you are having these problems mean feelings, work through the process of releasing these feelings and emotions whether it is ripping up of paper or letting the balloon go...etc.forgive yourself and forgive others and move ahead in to a new and exciting chapter in your life and watch your physical change.....All the best to all of my friends who are undergoing this situation....come out....let us see the new world outside our emotions.....take care friends.....Good day..

good point....i think emotions really do affect the physical conditions of our body, but i believe some illnesses have nothing to do with the emotional or mental state of our self... but I DO believe though that a lot of physical pain or illnesses are aggravated, meaning, made either worse or better, by the emotions that we feel.... emotions can be controlled to some extent depending on how good a person is at controlling it...and that could help.

Hello,
To be quite frank, we are always in emotion. Sometimes we just fail to have some positive emotions. Positive emotions motivate ourselves whereas negative emotions make us less productive. Emotions is a complex trail of thoughts. I remember writing an article http://www.bukisa.com/articles/354958_how-to-analyze-your-own-mind on how to analyze one's own mind. Emotions greatly influence our physique. Like you said, depressive feelings causes imbalance in health. Many people propose controlling emotions as a solution. But I have a different opinion on this. Instead of controlling your emotions, they should be released, unbridled. What we have to change is the interpretation. It's a thorough process, and can't be done overnight. Whenever negative thoughts creep inside our mind, we ignore them, and if possible, reject them entirely. We just can't vacate our mind so we replace them with more positive, optimistic emotions. Sometimes analyzing your own self makes you a better man. Happy life is necessarily a healthy life as well. And happy men are also good interpreters of life. Thanks.
God bless you.

Hello rorisricha,
You're right, body responds to what our emotion release. Everytime I'm not feeling well and went to the doctor, it's usually found out that it was just caused by stress. They usually advice me to change my lifestyle, go unwind once I feel stressed, pissed off, or the like. I already informed what harm can stress caused me, but it is really easier said than done. But I still trying it hard to divert my lifestyle into a healthier one, for it is really difficult if we are affectd health-wise. I just wish I would be able to cope up that easy. Because I know also that we're just wasting our life if we let emotion ruled over our health. Happy mylotting

Hi! Some people keep all their heartaches all bottled inside. They keep loneliness, anger, pain and all. They didn't know that their body reacts to this. People who are always sick, tend to have all this heartaches inside them. They blame everybody for their sickness, for their pain, for their miserable life.
We all have a mind of our own. We should decide how we want our life to be. If we want to be healthy, we have to live healthy. Push aside the heartaches, learn to forgive and move on. Life is too short to be miserable.
Stay happy and be healthy.

I truly believe that emotions can affect our health because based on my experience, when I'm upset my body, mind and soul is weak and I can't respond easily of what I am doing.

Yes they can have a physical effect on a person. And that isn't always negative. Happiness, laughter have had studies done on them. For the most part, it can increase the good benefits to your health.
